Closed joint-stock company "Modern communication technologies" has been working in the service market since 2000. Having started its activity as a small company with a subscriber base of 300 telephone numbers, today we have become one of the leaders among Krasnoyarsk telecom operators and successfully compete with companies from other cities, such as Sovintel and Sibirtelecom.

Since 2003 the company renders radio communication services of wireless access on "Walkair" technology. Today the Operator possesses base and terminal stations as well as many kilometers of fiber-optic communication lines uniting networks into a single backbone with the coverage zone of all city districts.

In the past periods of its development, telephone communications were based on the principle of building large exchanges and supplying them with cable communications to provide communications services to a particular subscriber. PBX facilities were cumbersome, unreliable, energy-intensive and, as a consequence, required specially equipped premises and a large staff.

With the development of electronics, it became more profitable to put small telephone exchanges directly in homes, on industrial sites and connect these exchanges with other urban telephone exchanges through high-quality and highly reliable radio channels. The company compared dozens of types of radio access equipment on the market and selected the Walkair wireless radio access system that met all the requirements of the future subscriber.

It took the company more than a year to obtain the approvals, but today we have mastered the technology of radio access not only for residential sites, but also developed the organization of internal technological communications for small and medium-sized businesses - from offices to large industrial facilities in Krasnoyarsk. In modern business conference, billing and data transmission systems have already become a necessity. The operator renders communication services on the basis of the equipment of "Siemens" and "Huawei" manufacturers, and since 2005 the "Packetwave" technology on the basis of the equipment of "Aperto" company of the USA was implemented, which allows to make telephone communication in small volumes in various districts of the city.

A significant advantage of wireless communication organization specialists call the possibility of communication organization in any season, quickly and regardless of the location of the construction site and, consequently, preservation of the existing infrastructure of the city districts. It has gained its relevance in Krasnoyarsk with its growing volume of construction.

Since 2004 the operator has been cooperating with such construction organizations of the city as Monolitstroy LLC, Kultbytstroy LLC, Yarstroy LLC, Stroyservis-Invest LLC, Stroytekhnika LLC. New buildings in all districts of the city with a total of several thousand subscribers have been telephonized. Today the priority plans of the company are to provide connection to the cottage villages to be built in the city. The first of them is the village Udachny in which telephones are already working. This year the operator has put into operation PBX 30 for 10 thousand numbers, and in the future it is planned to put into operation PBX 38 and PBX 39 with the capacity of 10 thousand numbers each.
